Process For Going To Canada For Nepali Student

Note: Please do not submit original documents with your application, as Canadian High Commission is not responsible for the documents to return to the applicant. Therefore, please provide copies of all relevant documents.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

1. A Letter of acceptance from College or University that u will be attending.

(This should be accompanied by information from the school indicating the exact

amount of Tuition Fees you will require to pay and the anticipated starting

and finishing dates.)

2. A fully Completed Supplementary Form.
3. Bank draft of Visa Fee, (in favor of Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, India.)
4. Letter from ur Employer or School Granting you Holiday or Leave of Absence.( Optional)
5. 3 recent Original Color Photograph. In Case Later 2*2inch 2 photos.
6. Purpose of intension to study in Canada.
7. Sponsorship letter from parents or others.
8. Applicant’s Birth Certificate.
9. Photocopy of Valid Passport.
10. Relationship Certificate (Family report)

ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS:

11. Academic transcripts And Character Certificates (Single Copy of Each).
12. Recommendation Letter.
13. Test Certificate of TOEFL OR IELTS. (Optional)

FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS:

14. Evidence of Ur Sponsor’s Employment and Income in Canada or other Countries.

If Sponsor is married, provide Evidence of Employment of Spouses as well.

We require a copy of last two years Balance, Photocopy of his/her Green Card or

Citizenship Certificate, Past two years tax Clearance Certificate, Work

Certificate Of Company),If sponsor is Foreign of Nepalese living in Foreign Countries.

15. Evidence of Ur Income. (Income tax documents for the previous 2 years.)
16. Proof of the sponsors Business.

17. Latest bank Certificate (With minimum Past 6 months -2 years transaction Report.)
18. Proof of Funds or Bank balance of the Sponsor.
19. Education Loan Certificate in Case your Sponsor don’t have sufficient fixed asset.
20. Vat registration Certificate/PAN Card.
21. Valid property Valuation.

Other:

22. Work Experience letter (optional).
23. If Ur Sponsor is from Canada, please provide his her card, Passport or Citizenship Card.
24. CA Report.
